ClaimKey
The Utility & Reward Token for Whistleblower Intelligence and Claim Intake
ClaimKey (CKT) is a program-based utility, reward and access token designed for the ClaimKey ecosystem, including Whistle42 and ClaimBack Hub.
ClaimKey is a program/reward/access token. It is not an investment, not a deposit, and not e-money. Availability is subject to Program Terms, compliance checks and local law.
What is ClaimKey?
ClaimKey (CKT) is the utility, reward and access token of the ClaimKey ecosystem. The token is designed to support defined ecosystem actions, including qualified whistleblower intelligence and eligible claim intake activity.
The ClaimKey issuer acts as the operator of the ClaimKey infrastructure and makes token-based utilities available through designated ecosystem interfaces, including Whistle42 and ClaimBack Hub.
ClaimKey is not linked to the economic value, recoverability or monetization of claims. It is designed as an ecosystem utility layer for participation, recognition and access.
- Reward logic for qualified ecosystem actions
- Access and participation functions across ecosystem interfaces
- Compliance-first structure with versioned rules and controls
- No claim on issuer assets, treasury, recoveries or partner proceeds
Whistleblower Rewards
ClaimKey may reward qualified whistleblower intelligence submitted through Whistle42 where the submission is verified, relevant and program-eligible.
Claim Intake Rewards
ClaimKey may also be allocated as a Claim Intake Reward for the qualified registration of a claim through ClaimBack Hub, independent of recoverability or recovery outcome.
Access & Ecosystem Utility
ClaimKey is designed to support access, recognition, partner interaction and ecosystem functionality across selected modules of the ClaimKey infrastructure.
Utilities may vary by jurisdiction and may require verification, sanctions screening, fraud controls or additional eligibility checks.
How ClaimKey works
1) Eligible action occurs
Example: a whistleblower submission is verified as actionable, or a claim is registered through ClaimBack Hub in a complete and program-eligible form.
2) Program validates
Compliance checks, abuse controls, caps, sanctions screening, jurisdictional restrictions and technical checks are applied.
3) Allocation is recorded
If the action is accepted, the ClaimKey allocation is recorded under the applicable program logic and subject to the Program Terms.
4) Participant interacts with the ecosystem
Participants may then access ecosystem functions, partner workflows, status layers or other approved ClaimKey utilities.
Ecosystem interfaces
Whistle42
The whistleblower interface of the ecosystem for protected submissions, intelligence intake, evidence uploads and follow-up workflows.
ClaimBack Hub
The claim intake and coordination interface for victims, claim registration, documentation workflows and partner routing.
EFRI
An independent ecosystem partner that may connect to the ClaimKey infrastructure under written agreements for claim review and related support functions.
Further ecosystem modules
Additional platform interfaces, partner modules and ecosystem services may be added over time through versioned documentation and program updates.
The ClaimKey infrastructure model
The ClaimKey issuer is intended to act as the operator of the ClaimKey infrastructure. Through this infrastructure, the issuer makes token-based reward, access and participation functions available across designated ecosystem interfaces.
ClaimBack Hub and Whistle42 are core ecosystem interfaces of this model. External partners such as EFRI may connect to the infrastructure under written agreements for defined operational roles.
This structure is designed to support a clear separation between the token infrastructure, the intake platforms, and the roles of independent partner organizations.
Claim Intake Reward
ClaimKey may be allocated as a Claim Intake Reward for the qualified registration of a claim through ClaimBack Hub.
This reward is linked to the intake action itself — meaning the complete and eligible submission of a claim into the ecosystem workflow — and not to the claim’s economic value, recoverability, monetization potential, or ultimate recovery outcome.
Any assessment of enforceability or recoverability may be conducted separately by partner organizations such as EFRI and does not determine the legal nature of ClaimKey.
Token economics
- Token name: ClaimKey
- Ticker: CKT
- Type: utility / reward / access token
- Core use cases: whistleblower rewards, claim intake rewards, ecosystem access and participation functions
- No promises: no dividends, no redemption rights, no guaranteed liquidity, no claim on recoveries or partner proceeds
Regulatory stance
ClaimKey is positioned as a utility, reward and access token for program use within the ClaimKey ecosystem.
The project avoids investment language, price or ROI claims, “backed” or “guaranteed” wording, and any suggestion that ClaimKey represents a claim on assets, recoveries, treasury funds or external partner proceeds.
Controls may include eligibility verification, jurisdictional restrictions, sanctions screening, abuse controls and KYC where required.
