ClaimKey may reward qualified whistleblower intelligence submitted through Whistle42 where the submission is verified, relevant and program-eligible.

ClaimKey may also be allocated as a Claim Intake Reward for the qualified registration of a claim through ClaimBack Hub, independent of recoverability or recovery outcome.

Access & Ecosystem Utility

ClaimKey is designed to support access, recognition, partner interaction and ecosystem functionality across selected modules of the ClaimKey infrastructure.

Utilities may vary by jurisdiction and may require verification, sanctions screening, fraud controls or additional eligibility checks.

How ClaimKey works

1) Eligible action occurs

Example: a whistleblower submission is verified as actionable, or a claim is registered through ClaimBack Hub in a complete and program-eligible form.

2) Program validates

Compliance checks, abuse controls, caps, sanctions screening, jurisdictional restrictions and technical checks are applied.

3) Allocation is recorded

If the action is accepted, the ClaimKey allocation is recorded under the applicable program logic and subject to the Program Terms.

4) Participant interacts with the ecosystem

Participants may then access ecosystem functions, partner workflows, status layers or other approved ClaimKey utilities.

The ClaimKey infrastructure model

The ClaimKey issuer is intended to act as the operator of the ClaimKey infrastructure. Through this infrastructure, the issuer makes token-based reward, access and participation functions available across designated ecosystem interfaces.

ClaimBack Hub and Whistle42 are core ecosystem interfaces of this model. External partners such as EFRI may connect to the infrastructure under written agreements for defined operational roles.

Any assessment of enforceability or recoverability may be conducted separately by partner organizations such as EFRI and does not determine the legal nature of ClaimKey.
